24 Hour Answering Service

Teleplex provides 24 hour telephone answering service from five convenient locations. Typically, Teleplex assigns an exclusive local or toll free telephone number to a client. A client may advertise this telephone number, forward their telephone line to this number, or have a toll free number routed to it. Regardless, when that telephone number rings, we answer in your company name, proceed according to your instructions, respond to the caller's questions, and take & dispatch to you their message.

Optionally, you may choose to have an extension of your phone to our office, which eliminates the cost and inconvenience of call forwarding your calls. This is especially attractive if we are receiving a large volume of your calls.

Teleplex offers a variety of cost effective, and time saving options to retrieve messages. Our staff can relay your messages to voice mail. You can retrieve messages from any touch tone telephone at your convenience, or our voice mail system can notify you that a message is waiting. When calling your voice mail you always receive an immediate answer, you're never placed on hold, and you have control of your messages by repeating, saving or deleting with a touch of a button.

Alternately, some clients retrieve messages via e-mail, fax, or PC. For those on the go Alphanumeric pagers have become extremely popular, saving time and money by eliminating additional phone calls. Your entire message is displayed on the pager.
